This program is designed to train your upper body muscles, build muscle mass and strength, and overall endurance in a balanced manner. This program is a 5-day split that consists of 4 days targetting upper body muscles (chest, arms, shoulders, back) and 1 day targetting lower body muscles (glutes, quads, hamstrings). Each day will also end with a 5-set abs circuit. This program also consists of video demonstrations for each exercise and a recommended diet that will help build lean muscle mass when followed consistently.
