This program is designed to train your lower body muscles, build muscle mass and strength, and provide overall endurance in a balanced manner.  It is a 5-day split program that can be repeated weekly; consisting of 4 days targetting lower body muscles (glutes, hamstring, quads, calves), and 1 day targetting the upper body (arms, back). Each day will also end with a 3-set abs circuit. This program also consists of video demonstrations for each exercise and a recommended diet that will help build lean muscle mass when followed consistently.
